Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@salishstudios.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check your edition, tide station, color, size, frame, and shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
